Community Guidelines

HeartTraxIQ's Community Chat is a public space for heart transplant recipients, LVAD patients, caregivers, and heart failure patients to support one another. Please keep the following in mind when posting.

Be Respectful and Supportive

Treat other members with kindness and empathy. This community exists to help people through a difficult experience.

Protect Privacy - Yours and Others'

Never share another person's medical information. Avoid posting phone numbers, addresses, insurance information, medical record numbers, dates of birth, or other personally identifiable information - your own or anyone else's.

This Isn't Medical Advice

Advice from other community members should never replace guidance from your transplant team or healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.

Report Inappropriate Content

If you see abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe content, please let an administrator know so it can be reviewed and removed.
