Request deletion of your HeartTraxIQ account
HeartTraxIQ LLC provides this public page so you can request deletion of your account and associated data. Partial deletion without deleting the account is not currently offered.
What is deleted
When we process a valid request, we permanently delete your HeartTraxIQ account and the personal data stored in it, including profile details, vitals, blood glucose logs, medications, appointments, journals, messages, community activity, uploaded images, connected-device tokens, and other account records.
What is retained
We retain only the minimum information needed to complete the deletion request and meet legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, such as a deletion-request record and basic operational logs, for up to 90 days.
